As with any such e-commerce facility, there are Terms & Conditions relating to its use.

This shop is provided and managed through an affiliate scheme with Nuco Training Ltd and the terms and conditions relating to its use, set out below, are established by Nuco Training Ltd in agreement with the Affiliate. To use this website you must accept the following terms and conditions, which together with the privacy policy, govern Nuco Training Ltd's relationship with you in relation to the use of this website.

THE SHOP - CONTENT & PURCHASING
Product Images.
Where possible the image shown represents the goods. However, certain pictures may represent a different manufacture, a generic form, a range of goods, within a group of same or related products or an advertising image. In these cases the image does not necessarily accurately represent the product.
Pricing
Unless otherwise stated all prices shown are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT and any other applicable taxes. Unless otherwise stated all prices are our standard prices and will usually remain the same for any particular item.
VAT
VAT is included on all relevant items at a rate of 15%, VAT is chargeable to all customers within the European Union.
Postage and Handling Postage and Handling will be charged at the most economical rate and sent in secure packaging recorded delivery. The carriage fee will be calculated and shown to you before you enter your payment details.
Delivery
Unless otherwise stated delivery times should be within 5 days for the UK, and within 10 days for other European Union countries, and within 20 days for the Rest of the World.
Payment for shop Purchases
Purchases made from this website must be paid for by credit or debit card at the time of placing your order. Products will not be dispatched unless fully paid for.
Your Right to Cancel and Claim a Refund
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and claim a full refund at any time after you place your order and up to 14 working days after you receive the goods. If you wish to do this please contact Nuco Training. We will make the refund as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.
Your obligation after delivery and in the period up to the point of cancellation is to keep possession of the goods and take reasonable care of the goods. After you have cancelled you have a duty to restore the goods to us and in the meantime retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. Goods returned to Nuco Training not in a re-saleable condition will not be refunded. If you exercise your right to cancel your order after we have sent the goods, and they are not defective, of poor quality, misdescribed or not fit for their purpose, then you must send them back to us at your own expense.
If We Have Problems Fulfilling Your Order
If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you to give you the choice of canceling your order, amending it, or waiting for the items you ordered to come into stock as appropriate.
When do these Terms and Conditions Apply?
These Terms and Conditions apply to all shop orders placed on this web site or by phone, fax or mail order.

SHOP RETURNS POLICY
Nuco Training Ltd is confident that you will be more than satisfied with the quality of products available for sale on this website. However, should you wish to return any products bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully re-saleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (maximum of 14 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.*
* If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Returns can be made by using either Royal Mail or a courier of your choice.

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on perishable goods unless they are faulty. The only product that this applies to is the Flesh Paste, which can be bought separately but also comes as part of the Casualty Simulation Kit and the Trainers Start-up Kits.
We will refund you the full delivery charge when a product is returned as faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
The product you wish to return must in a re-saleable condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. It will be for us to determine whether a returned product meets the criteria. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received by us. This will usually reach your account within 7 working days. Timing will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit. A refund of the delivery charge will be given when incorrect, damaged or faulty goods are returned.
